We will be glad to accept returns/exchanges if they are in the original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, stains, or signs that the item has been worn or used. All tags must be attached and all packing slips included with the return.
Our Return Policy is for EXCHANGE OR WEB CREDIT ONLY. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for return shipping. If we accidentally shipped the wrong item, we will send the correct item with free shipping and send you a return label for the item that was sent.
Returns/Exchanges can be made online or at the main store located at 613 S. Pines Rd. Spokane Valley, WA 99206.
At this time however you receive a credit is how it has to be used. Example if you have an online “Discount Code”, it can ONLY be redeemed online. If you return to the store and receive a “Gift Card”, it can ONLY be used in the store.
Returns must be received in our store within 30 days from the date you received your order. For example, if you placed your order on the 15th of September, and received it on the 20th, it would have to be returned to our store by the 20th of October.
Please fill out the Return/Exchange form found on our website under the Contact Tab. This will help us in processing your Return/Exchange. If you are requesting a RETURN, you will be issued a “Return Code” that can be redeemed ONLINE at any time. (At this time it can only be used online and not in the store.) The “Return Code” does not expire. At checkout you can add it into the “Discount” option and that will apply any credit that you have from a return.
