Defective or Damaged Items:
Upon receiving your order, PLEASE inspect your items immediately! You have 3 Days after receiving your order to contact us regarding damage. Your email must include order number and pictures of the damage. We cannot make exceptions when you have had your merchandise longer than the 3 day period. Contact Email: email@example.com
- Returns MUST be in ORIGINAL, Unused, Unworn Condition – FREE of Defects, Stains, Pet Hair and Any Smell (smoke, perfume, etc).
- Tags MUST be ATTACHED and all Packing Slips included in the return.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of receiving your order. International orders have 35 Days.
- If an order is received after the 30 or 35 (International) days, it is up to Jema Lane to determine if an ONLINE ONLY credit will be issued (No Refunds on items received after 30 or 35-day deadline). If a credit is issued it will also be charged a 25% restocking fee which will come out of the credit.
- RETURNS older than 45 Days will be rejected and we will contact you to have them shipped back at your expense.
- Shipping Charges are NOT refundable. Return Shipping costs are the Customers Responsibility and we are not liable for a package lost during return.
- Returns for online orders are entitled to a full refund excluding shipping, to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
- In-Store Items may only be returned for an in-store credit. We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases.
- Exchanges are for exact items and cannot be guaranteed since our stock changes rapidly.
- You must contact our customer service via email firstname.lastname@example.org, and exchange must be shipped back within 15 days of arranging an exchange.
- Exchanges MUST meet ALL of the Return Guidelines listed above!
Shipping Items Back:
- We offer free shipping to you, we DO NOT provide free return shipping.
- You are responsible for shipping your item back and providing insurance if you choose. (We are NOT responsible for items lost or stolen during return shipping).
- Please include Original Packing Slip.

Returns & Exchanges for In-Store Purchases at our Retail Location:
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. You must have your receipt, tags must be attached, and the items must be in original unworn condition. Items can be returned for an in-store credit only. If you purchased items from our website but tried them on in-store before purchase, then our store policy will be in effect. Exchanges can only be made for the same item. All sales are final on final sale/clearance items, meaning that they cannot be returned or exchanged.
